I have heard various names for your company. Why is that?

Republic Services is a leading provider of solid waste collection, transfer, recycling and disposal services. Our local divisions operate under a variety of names. But, regardless of the name, we are all operating under the same mission-provide our customers with service that exceeds their highest expectations.

What do I do if I missed a pick-up?

Please call our office within 24 HRS. We may be able to schedule a driver go back. A small fee will apply if you request a call back.

What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?

All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day. Please be sure the carts are at least 2 feet apart, and 3 feet away from other objects (cars, mailboxes, etc.).

Where do you provide services?

We provide service in Wilsonville, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Clackamas County, Washington County, and Portland. Please contact us for rate inquiries, or to establish service.

What if we have extra bags?

Please call our office 24 hours in advance to advise us of the extra trash. Depending on the volume of extra, we may need to schedule a special pick-up. There will be an extra charge for additional bags of trash. Call us to find out the extra bag rate for your area.

What do you accept for curbside recycling?

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, online bill pay is available. Click here to pay your bill or call our office at 503-682-3900 and we will send you an online bill pay application.

What do I need to do to start service or get a price quote?

Starting service is easy! Simply call us today at 503-682-3900 between 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Our friendly customer service representatives will help you get your service started. If you wish to e-mail us to start service please click here.

What is your holiday schedule?

If your service day falls on a holiday that we are closed your service day will be delayed one day. Please be sure to have your carts out by 6 A.M. the day after your normal service day. If the holiday falls on a weekend, the service schedule will not change.

We service all holidays except for the following:

If your account number starts with 3-0455, or you are in Wilsonville / Tualatin / Clackamas County south & west of Wilsonville / Rural Washington County – We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.

If your account number starts with 3-0469, or you are in Lake Oswego / Portland / Dunthorpe / Rivergrove / Urban Washington County / Clackamas County north & east of Wilsonville – We are closed Christmas and New Year’s Day. We DO service on Thanksgiving. Please be sure to have your carts out by 6 A.M.
